At Fresh Baguette, our mission is to offer our customers unique moments of indulgence that are delicious to every sense. This value is evident in everything we do, from the smell of scratch-made artisanal croissants and organic bread baking fresh throughout the day to the beauty of hand-crafted pastries and savory creations delivered in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Our Passion
Our obsession with quality is part of the passion here at Fresh Baguette. Take, for example, the process of making our signature baguettes: a cold-dough process that produces unique flavors, homemade “levain” (leaven), and made using state-of-the-art equipment imported from France. The end result is a baguette that is authentic with moisture and just the right crunch. In addition, it takes two days, 11 steps, carefully selected ingredients, and the skill of a pastry chef to make our soft and flaky, mouthwateringly tender croissant.
Our master baker leaves nothing to chance and uses the best French techniques in everything we create for our guests.
Our Products
As our name suggests we take bread seriously. In addition to our traditional baguette, we offer a wide variety of bread, prepared with all 100% organic ingredients, and baked with that same care.
We also offer a full range of Viennese pastries prepared with the same classic French baking techniques.

Our menu includes a full line of savory items that make for a great quick lunch. Crusty handcrafted bread + tasty gourmet ingredients + made-to-order freshness = Le Fresh Baguette sandwich. A full menu means there is always a delicious sandwich for every taste. We have also launched the new Cro'gel sandwich, with croissant dough in the shape of a bagel. You can also opt for our homemade quiches.
